Our THE FULL AUTOMATIC FLAP DISC MACHINE consists of three parts: main engine (A); glue pump (B); feeding rack (C). The whole machine is made of a European standard 4080 industrial aluminum profile, which has strong corrosion resistance, low density, light weight, and good plasticity.

A: Where the louver disc is made, our cutter head (a-1), turntable (a-2), station (a-3), machine arm, etc. are all made of "6061 aluminum alloy". This material has high strength and strong corrosion resistance. We use a CNC machine to finish milling (a-4), so the machining is more fine, after careful surface treatment, our machine product looks very beautiful.

We have also made a lot of optimizations to THE FULL AUTOMATIC FLAP DISC MACHINE: for example, in the lifting and moving of the cutter head, we have adopted a digital and wheel mode to make its adjustment more precise and convenient. (a-5)

For the turntable, we use a Panasonic servo motor with a cylinder positioning pin system. Its operation is more efficient and stable.
