ABRASIVE CLOTH SLITTING MACHINE
The abrasive slitting machine is used to cut large rolls of abrasive cloth into small abrasive belt rolls of different set widths. The small abrasive belt rolls are used for the production of various sizes of elastic grinding discs by an automatic shaping machine. This equipment has a precise structure, mature technology, good slitting effect, simple operation and high production efficiency.
The abrasive cloth slitting machine works with all brands of abrasivecloth in widths of 1460mm and 1680mm, with lengths ranging from50-120 meters. It allows customized cutting widths to meet customerrequirements.
Unwinding and Feeding Function
The abrasive cloth slitting machine is equipped with an air expansion shaft for tensioned unwinding, which adapts to raw material rolls with a maximum diameter of 600～900mm and a maximum single-roll load of 1 ton. It adopts magnetic particle damping for tension control, enabling dynamic adjustment of material feeding tension during operation, which prevents thick and hard coarse abrasive cloth from stretching and thin soft abrasive cloth from wrinkling and deviation. An automatic loading rack is available as an option to replace manual roll loading.
Automatic Deviation Correction and Leveling Function
The abrasive cloth slitting machine is equipped with a photoelectric automatic deviation correction system, which tracks the edge of the abrasive cloth in real time and automatically corrects deviation during high-speed operation, eliminating slant cutting and scrap caused by material shortage on one side. Multiple sets of pre-leveling press rolls are configured to smooth warping and wrinkling of the abrasive cloth, ensuring flat and uniform material feeding.
Precision Slitting Function
Slitting Precision: The dimensional error of slitting is ≤±0.5mm, with burr-free cuts, no sand particle falling off, flat end surfaces and no unevenness or edge chipping.
Multi-specification Synchronization: It supports simultaneous slitting at multiple knife positions, and can produce multiple finished strips with different widths in one feeding process.
Finished Product Winding Function
It adopts upper-lower dual-station winding (free switching between single winding and dual winding), with center winding via air expansion shaft, ensuring uniform tension of finished products. Magnetic particle clutch provides independent tension control, and two winding modes, namely abrasive face out and cloth face out, are available. The maximum winding diameter of finished rolls is 700～800mm, and it supports pneumatic rapid unloading, saving time for paper tube disassembly and assembly.
Intelligent Electric Control Auxiliary Function
It adopts PLC + touch screen numerical control, with stepless frequency conversion speed regulation (adjustable from 2 to 35 m/min). It supports automatic length counting, and automatic shutdown when the set length or number of rolls is reached. It is equipped with functions including fault alarm, emergency stop interlocking, protection by safety shield, one-key start-stop, and parameter storage and recall.
