Abrasive Cutting Grinding Wheel Forming Machine
The Abrasive Cutting Grinding Wheel Forming Machine are propelled by electric cylinder, which can make the mold more stable and high speed. We also adopt electric cylinder squeegee, which has faster speed and stability compared with traditional CAM, tie bar and other micro-lifting methods, and can be set up according to different micro-lifting effects of customers.
The equipment is equipped with automatic suction cups, automatic mesh release, automatic release of trademark hole rings, and various intelligent detection means, which saves a lot of manpower and improves production, and the output can reach about 1300 pieces per hour.
