Abrasive Cutting Disc
The resin cutting disc is made of an organic resin binder containing one or more glass fiber reinforced meshes for the consolidation of abrasives and is mounted on a hand-held or stationary machine. Used for cutting steel, steel pipes, casting risers, etc.
Two layers of high-density fiber cloth enhance tensile & impact resistance, effectively prevent wheel cracking, splashing and breaking during high RPM cutting. Stable operation with less vibration.
Available in 1.0/1.2/1.6/2.5mm thickness. Narrow cutting kerf reduces metal waste, ideal for expensive stainless steel, aluminum and thin sheet metal processing.
Ultra-low Fe, S, Cl content (<0.1%), will not stain, pit or corrode stainless steel surfaces. Perfect dedicated disc for stainless steel, iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, pipes & profiles.
Uniform abrasive particle distribution balances sharpness and wear resistance. Cut faster with less sparks, less disc consumption, lower long-term consumable cost for factories.
Standard 22.23mm bore fits all mainstream 4/4.5/5/7 inch angle grinders. T41 flat shape for straight vertical cutting only.
