In order to meet the needs of the products to be ground, abrasive tools such as flap wheels

need to be treated to improve the grinding performance of the abrasive tools. This process is called the dipping process. The dipping process has experienced a long period of development. There are traditional dipping processes and modern dipping processes.

1. Disadvantages of traditional stainless steel grinding louver impeller, thousand impeller and grinding wheel dipping treatment

The traditional grinding wheel dipping process is a process of grinding wheels treated with various impregnating agents based on stearin and sulfur, which can effectively improve the grinding performance of abrasive tools. However, this Chinese process has certain defects. Often the use effect of the grinding wheel is reduced. The main reason is that these components do not form a homogeneous melt, with the stearin distributed on the top and the sulphur distributed on the bottom.

2. Modern dipping process

The modern impregnation treatment process is developed on the basis of the traditional treatment process. The modern impregnation process is to first heat the ⅡⅡ150×13×32 stainless steel grinding impeller with the characteristics of 24A40CMI-CM2K5B to 140-150 ℃, and then put it in and be heated to 130- In the impregnant melt at 135[deg.]C, the rotation was pulsed for 4 minutes with the rotation speed decreasing from 2.8 rpm to stop. This ensures that all impregnant components are evenly impregnated in the grinding wheel.

Lift the stainless steel grinding louver from the molten material and rotate, and rely on the rotation to throw off the excess impregnating agent. The time that the grinding wheel is kept in the air is 1-1.5 hours. The grinding wheel discards the excess impregnating agent according to this specification, no nodules are formed on the diamond when dressing, and the surface is not greasy when grinding, and there is no burn on the ground surface.
