What problems will be encountered if the cutting wheel is not handled well?
Cutting wheels are widely used in industrial processing. From the perspective of production process, the cutting wheel process is not complicated, but if it is not rigorous enough in the production process, there will be many problems in the late use. The common problems mainly include the following aspects.
1. Shaking hands. If the static balance of the cutting wheel is not qualified in production, there will be many problems in the later use. The most obvious is that when the cutting blade is running at high speed, the handle will have a feeling of vibration, which will not only reduce the cutting efficiency, waste, but also affect production safety.
2.Soft. The hardening temperature is low, the oven or kiln is too urgent or the temperature difference is too large, the hardening furnace exhaust is not good and so on will lead to the cutting piece of the film. When the cutting piece is running at high speed, the film problem will make the cutting piece track can not be straight line, the material after cutting appears inclined stubble, can not meet the processing requirements.
3.Crack, crushing. There are many reasons for this kind of problem, may be the quality of the mesh, the amount of binder or quality problems, or the kiln temperature is too low, etc., these reasons will lead to cracks in the cutting piece at high speed, if the operator does not do a good job of protection, but also hurt people.
