Overview
The most important part of the production process of flap disc machine line is the turning disc forming machine, which is an automatic equipment for the production of flexible discs. The semi-automatic flipping machine needs to be primed by workers, quantitatively applying glue, and cutting and arranging sheets; the automatic flipping machine can realize the full automation of the process and be more efficient.
Our flippers have a modular design for easy assembly and maintenance. It adopts imported servo motor and driver, with stable operation and high production efficiency. The machine's glue system uses a cyclic thermostatic control system to provide the glue with the right temperature to maintain its properties. In addition to production equipment, we can also provide technical services for the production process of flap disc machine line.

Production Process
1. Select emery cloth. According to market demand, abrasive cloth rolls usually have a width of 1.45m.
2. Put the emery cloth roll on the slitting machine and customize the required slitting width.
3. The turning machine works, the raw materials---gel coat and backing, start. Machine Efficiency: 5000 Pcs/8H.
4. Put the flip plate into the oven, 120℃ for 4 hours, let the glue fix completely.
