7. When driving, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble, proofread the cutting edge and die. Do not beat dies, cutting blades and other parts with force.
8. Strictly control the specification range of the sheet, and it is strictly forbidden to punch and cut when it is exceeded.
9. Do not accumulate other items and a large amount of flushing materials in the workplace, and stop when adjusting and cleaning.
10. After the work is completed, shut down in time, cut off the power, and clean up the site.
How to reduce noise when hydraulic punching machine works:
1. Ensure that the hydraulic punching machine is always in good technical condition.
2. Ensure the integrity and reliability of the working parts of the punching and shearing machine. In particular, it is necessary to install the exhaust pipe. Because most of the stainless steel punching machine is equipped with a muffler on the exhaust pipe, it will reduce a large part of the noise.
3. Prevent the loosening of parts, which will cause vibration.
4. Do a good job in the maintenance and inspection of the hydraulic punching machine. Add qualified lubricating oil and grease according to the regulations to prevent dry friction or semi-dry friction caused by poor lubrication of the relative moving parts, which will increase the noise.
5. Maintain a good fit clearance of the relative moving parts. The driver must assemble or adjust according to technical requirements.
6. Do not change the fuel supply at will. If the fuel supply becomes larger, the fuel injected into the cylinder cannot be completely burned, which not only wastes fuel, pollutes the air, but also increases the noise of the tractor.
